Hello, I have recently changed the lamp on my DLP TV, and after some serious effort of finding the correct housing from the manufacturer everything seems ok. However, after about 3 weeks a few white dots appeared. At first I thought dead pixels, but this is not the issue I was told...There is an insert in my manual about "technical limit during manufacturing process of the DMD", but says 1 or 2 pixels will appear brighter.
After another week my few pixels have expanded to about 50 bright flickering dots scattered on the TV screen. Any idea?
Any idea about these bright white spots? They are expanding now, its not the lamp I found out if there is a lamp issue, you will either have picture or not.
Maybe mine is dead pixels and I guessed right? Any ideas?
