This has been a difficult decision, but we feel it is for the best.
We have faced a number of challenges, one of the greatest being financial. With the help of our supporters, we have manged to stay open all this time, and even for one last month, and we are so very grateful for this. We probably could have carried on in this fashion for some time, but without sponsors, without any real hope of the community and FTA to be as it once was, we feel now is the time to draw the curtain.
Another concern, and probably the most important one, is that the landscape has changed to become very dangerous in terms of legal troubles. The providers and security forces have proven very tenacious when it comes to shutting down and punishing those who come within their focus. Because of this, we feel it is best for all concerned if we end it here, as there is no reason any of us, or any of you, or your family, should be put at risk for this hobby.
In the past few years, we have enjoyed providing a place where we can get together, to share knowledge, ideas, and laughs, and to meet new and interesting people. We have made friendships here, and will miss this place, and you all, greatly.
We wish you all the best in whatever road you take. As always, be careful and have fun. And so we say "So Long, Farewell".
Great site..great people...and smart move to close shop now, for the reasons they stated..especially since FTA is basically dead now, unless U call IKS and unreliable TV "up and running"..
These are very dangerous times for piracy...it ain't like the old days when piracy was new and changing...the providers have gotten much smarter and more aggressive in their fights and tactics...the pirate engineers have aged, become legal, and already made their money and ran, or been busted..sites are falling down like dominoes, and are taking their money and running as fast and as far as possible..they have NO products to sell, no incomes, and no markets now......you will see all of em disappear, except for a few selling legit products and no ties to illegal activities, or busted and owned and working for The Man!.....BUT once a new solution to free TV is ever found, then they'll all be back, selling their wares and services, but this time they will be much more costly and all private..
