Philips TV 4:3 Extended

I've got a Philips 27PT90150/37 TV, which is a CRT. I don't have the original remote any longer, so I have been using a universal remote (from GE). Anyway, one day when replacing the batteries, I somehow triggered the 4:3 extended mode and now the image is stretched. This mode is not available on the menu; on the original remote there is a button to turn that mode on and off. I've got access to the service menu, but I have no idea how to turn this off via the service menu settings, I'm afraid of overwriting the calibration settings.

Any help would be appreciated. For programs which are broadcast in letterbox, the effects aren't too noticeable but for regular programs it does make a difference.
