I dont know why you want Dish in Cartagena, you guys have all the channels ready, Amazonas will be better option for you, and i am in Canada and i would like to have the option and location you have to pick Channels but i guess for Cartagena will be like 24" pointing from Bocagrande to the Sea, mean any point of Cartagena point the Sea thats North,
