ALI...They are side by side.you can't miss it. Keep pointing around there. you can't miss it
119 is more toward left of 110. If you have an extra lnb, just tie them together.Good luck

u sure its right around there?, should i go up or down, or should i move my entire dish sideways?

i dont wanna take chance because im no expert and if in the end i cant get 119, ill be without 110 as well, since a pro got that signal for us.

use
www.dishpointer.com
set it up for your location , select the sat you want , aim as shown and adjust elavation till you get good quality
for 119 use tp 12239 in antenna setup - because not every location can get quality from 12224-

ALI.. If you are not an expert like me.
Please don't go by dispointer.com Otherwise you gonna spend days to get signal.
There are two options for you. Like I said above, buy a single lnb from radio schack and tie on the side of the already aimed lnb at 110. Or try to move to already aimed lnb to the side ONLY.It is a piece of cake.
I promise you won't be disappointed.Try this

well i dont want to get anything, or any lnb.

so should i just move my current lnb to the side?

Elevation: 31.3°
Azimuth (true): 186.3°
Azimuth (magn.): 170.6°
LNB Skew [?]: 4.0°
Turn counter-clockwise standing behind the dishTurn clockwise standing behind the dish
Dish Skew [?]: 90.0°
Turn counter-clockwise standing behind the dishTurn clockwise standing behind the dish

thats the info it says, so how does that work?

my current 110 dish is on 33 or something, its in between 30-35 so it looks like 33, so is that the elvation? should i move that to 31.3? like dish pointer tells me?

so wat about moving the lnb like the other guy said?

what should i do?

I don't pay attention to those numbers

I go to dishpointer , i enter my location, i put the cursor at the exact location of my dish , then i select the sat i want.
there will be a line going from my dish location , then i find a landmark on that line and i aim my dish at that landmark and i adjust the elevation(up/downn) till i get quality.

I bring small tv and fta, with the settings for the sat i'm looking for already entered ,close to dish and use the quality meter in antenna setup to show me when i'm getting good quality.

119w use tp 12239

Good luck

He's talking about buying another lnb and connecting it to the side of your existing lnb-(poormans dish) that way you will get signal from both sats - I have never done that.

For newbie use this satellite pointer:

http://satcalculator.freehostia.com/

This utility is more friendly for a person with no experience.

dishpointer is good but give bad info on which satellite you can get.

Ali

If you are on back of dish you turn the dish on right(9 degree) and a very very little lower.

The settings for 119 are the same as 110 - when you go into echo7 and it displays signal from 8.10, it is because you are still aimed at 110w

You loosen the ones that clamp onto the mast(pole) they are usually behind the mast

When you move the dish to the west you will lose quality and hopefully when quality returns it will be from 119

You followed directions from expert peoples. But I simply asked you do it in a simple way.
I think you still can can do it.Keep playing with it. You will certainly hit ther sat.
