No new fixes since over 1 month?

I have a viewsat and sonicview.

I see that there have not been any new fixes come out since 1/09.

It is now almost 3/09 and my units are freezing or no signal (sonicview).

anyone know where I can find the updated fixes , if available?

simply reload the latest bin file from good site that Abby list.
Sonicview never goes down since 1 months.

You can try a hard reboot first.

sonic view has no problems
check your cables,connections and antenna set up

Sonicview experiment many problem only because never reset, that is why a hard reboot clear the freezing, sound lost, remote problem and slow EPG display.

Hi Guys,
Im having the same problem. I reloaded latest bin and rescaned both satellites.. Signal an quality is good but still get scrambled or no signal..
What setting does autoroll option have to be on?
I have sonicview elite it was working fine but started going bad wednesday..

Try to put the autoroll off and put the keys manualy:

First thing to do is reload the latest bin when your receiver doesn't work.

For now I have no comments that the Sonicview need to enter the keys manualy, but if it doesn't work you can put the autoroll off and enter those keys and post the result.

i just entered the keys you gave me. it let me enter half of each code.. i saved and still get the "No service or scrambled"

I loaded the latest bin once again.. Then turned the autoroll back to On.. I waited for a couple of minutes and the signal came back on!!!
Thanks lot Plymouth!!!! Great to see that people out there are still willing to assist.. Have a good one buddy!

Do a factory default, load the factory bin from http://currentbins.com/ftafiles/

then do a autoscan on each satellites and it will work now.

thanks guys. my units work, except the VIEWSAT VS PRO is still freezing every 3 mins...even with the latest fix from 2/27

No matter which channel I watch, the picture gets stuck for about 3-4 mins, then resumes again....but very hard to watch anything that way :-)

The sonicview works like a champ.
