You must use cable, the loader and load the factory bin then load latest bin

Here is the loader and factory file:

Unplug Power Cord for the night and check if it work tomorrow.
I dont think a capacitor is blowed.
The box does not boot.

How it happened, on a new bin file or itself for nothing?

OK Are you sure the Pc can communicated with the receiver?
Do you have a error message on Pc screen?
You need to choose the port 1 on tool menu in Loader.
What is display when you do it? """"Press and hold front power button.
Now turn on stb with back sw. and release front power button""""
Give me a clear answer on all these quetions.

THANKS PLYMOUTH...ok the loader wont detect the box. There is no error message that pops up. PORT 1 is the only option on the tool menu. PC port and the cable are fine. I used the same port and cable to put the latest file on my pansat 2700 few minutes ago. The only display i get doing the power button thing is "MAIN"

david,
Also make sure you are using the correct cable when loading from PC. There are different cables for different stbs. Once you are able to load from PC it should be OK. Hope this helps.

Quote:
- turn the the premier off completely
- format flash drive
- copy latest fix to flash drive
- insert flash drive into premier usb port
- press and hold ok button(locate on the front panel) then turn the premier on using the rear power switch, select file and let it load. Worked like a charm. used the factory file and its good!!. THANKS PLYMOUTH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT. THANKS AGAIN
