It is just a spam. somebody trying to cashing in on the current scare of many of the good fta sites.
With the scare and rumours started by some people here, you will have to be doubly careful of scams. People will lure you to new or shady sites and make you pay money because many of the good sites are supposed to be "busted". Busted is a meaningless word because all these sites are fully active and doing business as usual.
