Puff bin still not working correctly

I followed the instructions to do the puff upgrade and the 254 bin keeps auto rolling, even when turned off still tries. The 256 bin is even worse with missing channels, freeze ups and bad or scrambled channel error. If this is the future for the 2500's it is sad.

Start all over again installing the b60 boot and 294T BIN. Then proceed further. a lot of people get int trouble because they are hurrying.
