DN ID 0101 and BEV ID 0901- Auto roll works on all BINs. Manual update can be done but is not necssary.
DN ID 0106 and BEV ID 0907- All new BINs have adapted to this. You can't do manual entry.
In short you do not need keys right now.
You can go to http://www.tvkeys.com and get them, but the very fact that you feel you need them, makes me think that you are doing something wrong somewhere.
