For you to receive DN/BEV on an FTA receiver the "BIN" emulates the fuctions of the cards that are used in sub boxes.

Currently all boxes emulate what they can/what is known about the card functions.

Full Emulation would be that they have completely decrypted ALL the cards functions and re-written them to run on what ever CPU their box uses.
IMHO - It is highly unlikely that that will happen on the current hardware out there.

Keep in mind the DN/BEV receivers have 2 CPU's. 1 is running the box/decoding video, the other is the card itself used for calculation Control Words. The FTA receivers have to do everything with 1 CPU.
