HELP! My boyfriend is away and I have nevr had to load his FTA sat. before. I know I have the right cable (DB9 null) and I am connecting it to the only free port on my com which it fits, I dont understand this error and I am kind of computer illiterate if ya know what I mean...can someone give me some help for dummies on this error?
