I recently got a guy from rogers to come over and install the box in my basement. Next thing you now they are charging me 20 extra for an other outlet. I recently ran the cable into my room and tried to put the rogers box in my room. I phones they said the signal wasn'T getting in clear (other word let us come and charge you an other 20$).

Is there a way that you can change the box with out them having to come over??

Thye can send various programming to the box via signals, but not physically change the box out by itself..and they can't resolve ppor reception via signals...since U moved the box, of course they will want more money...put it back, and see if it clears up....if so then U know U screwed up with bad cable/connection to box when U moved it..dah

When I changed the box to my room, all I received was sports channels, crystal clear. I have regular cable in my room, just wanted to add the box
