I have Captive Works Rx600s file on my satellite receiver I have BEV and 61.5 I can't get channel name on BEV like BBC, CNN Citytv and ....etc it show only number and there is no name on it. Is there any way to solve this problem if any one know please let me know appreciate for your help Tanks
Try factory reset/erase your channels, then scan each sat one at a time. I was getting "prog 123" and such instead of the channel names using multiple sat scans. One at a time cured it for the most part (still a few pop up, like "prog 300" channel instead of M-movie -- or whatever its supposed to be).
