Hi, I have a viewsat 2000 satellite, and whenever i turn it on, the message, "No Audio or Video" displays at the bottom ... I've checked the keys, and the last time there were new ones were on March 22nd, and those are the keys used. Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? I was thinking that maybe the keys weren't entered properly into the satellite ... on the codes page. because it's 0101 and there are only two rows ... maybe i accidentally deleted them? Hopefully someone can help. Thanks!
Reboot using rear power switch,if that doesn't help,check your coax connections,then if still nothing,do a factory reset, and rescan,making sure you have proper ant setings .
