My opinion is the echostar factory remote sucks,it is'nt capable of operating basic common tv sets ,let alone anything else.Fact is the pansat remote is a highly more sufisicated remote than many realize.Your question should be:does anyone have the codes to to make a echostar reciever work on a pansat remote.
thanks guys!! that's the problem...it's too sophisticated for my parents. they press buttons that they shouldn't and i have to run there to fix their pansat. that's why i wanted to eliminate the pansat remote. the end up with 2,3 or 4 sats.anyhow i'll keep my eyes open. thanks!!
