I have a CS 5000 Platinum and need some help on how I can do a hard reset on it, if possible.
I am fairy new to this and was messing with the Dish settings and now I can not see any Satellite list, all I see is 0E.
I have done factory reset and deleted everything I can under every option. Yet the list of Satellite does not come back.
I have Dish500 pointed to 110/119.
Can someone also please tell me what the dish settings should be to get all of the 110/119 channels for CS5000.
