Pansat has all new bins that fixed the autoroll problem for ALL pansat receivers...and also chancysand has released a new Pansat 2500 Clone safe and fortec Ultra bin (283T)which are posted in the Pansat files area at www.dscommunity.c*om/forums
upload the factory Fortec Ultra bin with an Fortec Ultra loader...scan the sats next...upload 283T bin with BL V 1 .4 updater or another Pansat uploader..
FAH - What are you trying to do? I don't understand your question. I can only assume you are trying to go into parental controls, but if you have no channel data, it won't allow you to. Last but not least, why would you need to get into parental controls? That's only if you have to manually input keys, and the purpose of flashing 283t was for the autoroll...
if U have a FLU (Fortec Lifetime Ultra)...U must use bin 283T...there is NO 382 bins..and if U load 283, U will kill your receiver most likely...then require a Jtag! and a $50 expense..
