Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 2989 Registered: Jan-06 | C&P As of yesterday afternoon, Dish has begun to implement stream changes that are or will be affecting all testing methods. This appears to be the same changes that BELL made a few weeks ago and is causing black screen on Venus and PPV. International and ethnic channels on the 61.5, 121, and 148 birds have been the first to go on Dish Network. Expect others to follow. BELL, and now Dish have started using a 768 bit RSA encrypted signature for the CMD 07. In short, this means the death of Atmegas, Rom10, Rom11, AVR-X, Syndrome, and older FTA receivers. Decryption time with these devices, even with streamlined code, will not be sufficient to keep up. FTA receivers with very fast processors and receivers that have card slots that can be enabled to use in tandem with a Dish / BELL cam may work once again in the future. The ROM 102/103 cards should be back up shortly with some changes in the public blocker code. The FTA coders have now had 3 weeks to work on a fix for BELL. Many of them would have you think that a fix is imminent. It's even been said that coders are 90% done. I'm not so sure that is the case, but now is their chance to be the hero. Looks like we may be getting back to true testing. Might be a good time for members to read the Dish Network Discussion section, browse through the Plastic Files Sections, and pick up some 102's before the prices skyrocket... |

In may case i have bin 148c (pansat 2700A) turn Off all the autorolls and use the folowing keys on NG2 N 0101 00: E8 70 B0 0A 8E OA 3D C5 F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C N 0101 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC I recomend to make a blind scan, turn off the autorolls and then put the keys Some times the screen will come up with a "updating channels" if that happends just go back, see if the keys are the same and if the autorolls are off if you get an "waiting for picture" go back and check all again. My pansat @ 121 its working fine for the last 4 hours now, but without PPV or all those nasty channels (lol) that you guys want. Im my case i just was worried about my Science Channel, History, Discovery, and some Starz and HBO and im still geting those. Have fun!!! |

Then i SET DEFAULT KEY again went back & put BOTH the 01 01, 00 & the 01 01, 01 keys as follows 0101 00:E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5 F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C 0101 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC & ITS STILL NOT WRKING!! Connect RS 232 Null Modem(#2,3 crossed) cable between the receiver and PC. 2. Turn the receiver power ON. 3. Open the GTRom Loader V3.37 (Pansat 2700A). 4. Click BIN FILE and select the Bin File (148c)to be downloaded. 5. Select FILE TYPE and click Download. 6. Do not interrupt the receiver power while downloading. 7. Press OK after Download Complete!! appear on the PC screen. after this do all the above instructions i said before. You need to read something did you notice that you have post more messagens than i did? So read and learn before you keep asking the some questions over and over again hope this will help you, but anyway you have to do your home work too. Oh by the way, Blind scan, means you do a scan for available channels on that sat |
