How can I pull in the locals from across the country that use Tp #'s with an s between them, such as 15s3 for example. I have a Cool$at 5000 with bin 120. There are alot of locals that use 110 and 119 satelite but the Tp numbers that have an s between them don't come in.
Those are SPOTBEAMED...and only to a very specific geographical area that U must live within!...U would need to look at the DN spotbeam map for your spotbeam area!
