I do not ask to many questions, but this one i did correct it a long time a go but i can not find the fix. I did a factory reset by mistake. now my main menu looks alot different any ideals. It has a back ground of the earth in it.
if u did factory reset do this this. 1. From the MAIN MENU: selecting INSTALLATION then Antenna setup Option.
These are my dish set up
Satellite: ECHO 6,8(110) Lnb type-Standard Lo freq-11250 22khz-OFF DiseqC-#1 Skew: O TP: leave it as is Positioner-Disable.
Satellite: ECHO 3ku(61.5) Lnb type-Standard Lo freq-11250 22khz-OFF DiseqC-#2 Skew: O TP: leave it as is Positioner-Disable.
2. Check the signal and Quality level highest as you can (adjust the dish slightly to improve the signal strength). If you get no quality level on transponders, try others before giving up, because not all TPs are transmitting, if nesscery Re-aim your dish still not getting any quality signal
3. Press the Exit button, press OK to save setting, the back to the Main Menu
4. Go back to the Installation Menu
5. Goto SATELLITE SCAN or BLIND SCAN, press OK, select the satellite to scan. you have to scan all the satellites have, once it complete, you should be able to watching TV
Thanks for the quick answer when i mean main menu it looks like it is a total differnt program or machine this is 2500a pansat. In the main menu now if you are going to change the parental control pin no, the box is orange.
Need to scan the satellites, then the parental controls will come back...and add the latest 271 autoroll bin, set the default key...then "waiting for the picture" keys to roll on both DN and Bev channels...watch TV..
