Pansat 2700a doesn't work

I am using Bev dish and pansant 2700a.

I use GTRom v3.37 to download 144 bin to receiver (use App file only option). then I go to parental control, set second pin to 0000, set default key. Then I do a blind scan.

Aftre that, I turn off receiver for 2+ min, then turn it on.

But I still get message "wait for picture ...."

What should I do next?

LK, please help!!!
