i have a fortec ultra (model Jul. '04), was paying to have keys flashed. from my understanding i need to flash the receiver with a new bin file. currently i have A17barFTA Ultra A17bar-2.82t3, which is not working. the questions are: where can i get the new bin file, and what program is used to open a bin file? also, how do i know i'm using the right bin file?
Go to [link removed] (register-FREE)..go to "Files" at bottom of page and click on it...now go to the Pantec files and download the 270T...its an autoroll and should be OK on your older Ultra..use BL updater 1.4 to upload into your receiver...that file is there too at bottom of screen..after U upload it, wait for the keys to roll...or U can download the Bangs 284P file that has new keys in it, but does NOT have autoroll..
