v137 Unregistered guest | I'm a little surprised they used this ECM so early in FTA/N2. It appears (I'm not so sure, but) that they started switching channels to the same method they were using for the adult channels; this will force the 'clever ones' to adapt, and then maybe you'll all get your adult channels afterall. I would look for the FTA hack to be shutdown completely in the next day or two, then back up better than ever a week or two from now. |

Anonymous | Well they use 3 different cards, rom101, rom102 and rom103. The adult and other channels have been on a rom102 or rom103 card for a while now. Only rom101 cards were hacked and reproduced as a FTA flash. That is why you could never get the adult channels. Well as they hand out more and more rom102 and rom103 cards more will be moved over. so soon there will be nothing a rom101 card hack can receive. That is also why there is no B3V, they went right to rom102 and 103. So get a 3 foot dish or put your FTA box in the closet for a while. |

LK Unregistered guest | FTA is down!...The N2 keys which po*rn etc were on ,are now on ALL Dishnet channels..up until today,all the channels used the old N1 keys,except po*rn, some sports, and a few other channels...thats why U could get them...I said this before...This alleged N2 hack has been thought of as a Temp "work around" and NOT a real hack,...we have no way to get the N2 keys like we did the N1 keys.. |

LK Unregistered guest | Cannot write a bin without the keys or access to the keys..and the coders don't have any way to get the N2 keys ....and this alogrithm story is pure BS to buy time for the coders who don't have a clue what to do now...sorry,but I believe FTA and N2 are dead in the water..Plastic is the future.. Dishnet has changed all channels to N2 keys now...previously they were N1 keys (except for po*rn, some sports and few others which were N2 keys,thats why U couldn't get them)...U could get most of the channels cause they were N1 keys,but NOT now...everything is N2 keys,which requires a dump which hasn't been done by anyone yet.. BTW... DB is card sharing (almost like file or sub sharing)...not a N2 hack! |

If so, would that person be kind enough to share this information with all of us? Is Dreambox an FTA? Where do you get the bins for this? How is it different from other FTAs then like pansat or fortec ultra? The term 'image', 'config' and 'AU' are new. Will someone be able to explain them for average people like me? |
