Go to any reputable DSS site listed at www.satscam.com LINKS...then go to the files area and download whatever U want...and no autoroll fot the 5000 and U should have received a guide and support from wherever U bought it...and if U say it was given to u then U should have been given the guide too...and if U say U found it,then U should have found the guide too!
