My mp3 player, RCA H106A frove. I was listening to it and all of a sudden it got stuck on the menu screen. I don't know what to do. I tried turning it off but it won't turn off and i tried hooking it up to the computer and it won't hook up! What do i do? Should i just let the battery die and hope that when i restart it it'll start over again??? Helpppppppppppppppppp me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Hi I have the same problem to Just hold the Power switch button for about 10 sec or more. It should turn off. Right now I keep having the same problem too. I am try to find out more, either update to new software or do more research on this RCA H106A model. Hope this help From Mike Ung
