Hello there forum,

My first post here. After many years with a hifi system in the boxes I have assembled (almost ..still to add the Thorens turntable TD280 MkII ). The amp is the NAD 319, CD Rotel RCD965 BX, Rotel tuner RT950BX, Tape RD955 AX, Speakers TDL Electronics RTL4s. The cd and tape and tuner and amp seem to be all working ..the tuner not picking many stations but could be the zone. How does one know if capacitors etc are faulty or there are other degarding components in the amp etc. I am not an engineer but it appears to be ok despite being early 1990s units. Any comments on my hi-fi separates would be welcome vs. the newer generation models ..have we moved on greatly or are they still good Amp, CD & Tune units ?

Many thanks,
Toni

Many thanks
