i'm probably just really stupid but anyways, i got a nano and more then half of the songs i want on it won't go and i know i have more room for them. and also, how do i get songs off of the nano?

Please, I need HELP!!!!!!! I just got my iPod Nano today (Dec.25/o5) And I can't install it, my cd drive isn't doing anything, even though the installation cd is in it, HELP ME!
