i was just rying a little something out and hooked a 80 watt amp up to a portable cd player and had a small watt 10" woofer on it and had it working great. i shut it all off and went back later to turn it on. everthing turned on but all i heard out of the woofer was a humming noise. i tryed it on a notyher home stereo project of mine and it worked alright. i even tryed it on different stereos
