Hmm, does anyone know which of these two, similarly priced 15" subwoofers would be a better choice for a sealed application.
My only concern with the tempest is (lower power handling) I have a mackie 1400i bridged to power the sub, this is 1400 watts RMS. The Tempest can handle 600, while the dayton can handle 850. The dayton also appears to have a better build quality than the tempest (rubber surround instead of a foam surround w/a paper cone). They both have identical fs. But the titanic has more excursion... It's a tough decision.
Does anyone have exerience with both subs? Or atleast know which would be the better decision?
