I have an older TV that does not have auxilary inputs. So I connected to TV to the Motorola Comcast digital cable box via a coaxial cable. The cable box has input and output r/l/v jacks. The DVD player has input r/l/v jacks. How can I play DVDs?

I have similar situation. Did you find the solution to this problem.
We have new Magavox 30 in flat screen wall mount. Hd ready. The sourround sound is hooked up and works, but says to connect to Audio out. This TV does not have that port. Is Aux In the same thing or what would it be? Thanks
