Today I went to a friends house because his father was having problems with his outdoor system. I advised them on what to buy.
The system consists of:
2x Onkyo 200watt 2 channel(with multi-room its dual 2 channel 8 ohms min) amplifier. Impendence selector is set correctly
4xpairs of boston acoustics voyager pros.
The wire runs are between 10 ft and 150 ft.
One of the amp broke due to overheating( the cabinet is poorly ventilated and one must leave the front doors open to ventilate). I replaced the amp and all the speakers worked but I noticed it sounded horrible. I removed one of the speaker grills and the tweeter was blown. 6 of the speakers had blown tweeters. Each speakers is only getting 50 watts rms at the most. I am lost.
Is it due to clipping the amp? Maybe a power surge? Any help will be appreciated

If the amplifiers are overheating to the point of breaking down, this will affect the speakers attached to them as well...
