I bought a set of these 5 speakers for my new home theatre system which hasnt been set up until I move into my new house in a couple of weeks. The speakers are actually sitting at the store unopened waiting to be delivered for my move-in date. I realized I had made the purchase without really doing research on the item. I listened to the speakers and they seemed fine so I bought the 5 for $600 CAD.
While Ive been waiting so long to get my system together Ive done lots of research on the other components so I thought I'd ask the crowd if anyone has ever used these speakers or heard of them. My home viewing will be on a 43' Plasma Pioneer, a Panasonic S97S DVD player, and probably a Pioneer 1014 receiever which Im researching about now. I was gonna go with the HK AVR-235 but Ive been reading a lot of comments about HK's overheating.
Anyways, can anyone tell me if they know anything good or bad about these speakers? I should also mention that we watch 40% movies, 50% TV and only 10% music.
