I just bought a RCA splitter with 2 female and 1 male jack which I want to use to hook up my DVD player (RCA brand) and my X-Box (Oh..yea!!) to my combo (Aiwa). The problem is that if I hook up both the DVD and Xbox RCA audio cord to the splitter (white or red), the DVD sound dominates!! Why does this happen? Any ideas?
While I dont think it should have anything to do with it, the DVD is hooked to the TV via a S-video cable and the X box goes to the TV thru an RF modulator which also has my cable cox cable running thru. PRETTY COMPLICATED HA!!!
