WorldGate Communications Announces New Distributors in Italy and the Caribbean

Ojo video phone receives 2006 Product of the Year Award from Communications Solutions

TREVOSE, Pa. — June 26, 2007 — WorldGate Communications, Inc., (NASDAQ: WGAT) a leading provider of personal video phones and related technology, announced today that it has completed distribution agreements in Italy with B.F. Automation and in the Caribbean with People’s Telecom Jamaica LTD. In addition, Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC) Communications Solutions (www.tmcnet.com/comsol) has named the Ojo Shadow personal video phone as a recipient of a 2006 Product of the Year Award.

B.F. Automation, based in Verona, Italy, is a provider of a variety of automation and communications products for businesses. The company was started in 1994 and has developed a solid reputation for providing dependable and leading technology for automation and data transmission. The company offers integrated solutions using broadband networks. Ojo is expected to satisfy a variety of needs for existing and prospective customers of the company.
