Lenbrook America Announces Two
Sales Representative Appointments

PICKERING ONTARIO, CANADA, January 19, 2005 –Lenbrook America announced the appointments of Omega Sales, Inc. of Wheeling, IL and Audtek Associates, Inc. of Sayville, NY to represent their two-flagship brands, NAD Electronics and PSB Speakers.

Effective February 1, 2005, Omega Sales will represent both brands in the Midwest region. Steve Ekblad and Gary Kumpf are the principals of Omega with Marty Lukasik serving as the company’s office manager. Dick Donovan and Blake Carder are the key field sales support team.

“While Omega is a relatively young sales representative company, the principals’ enthusiasm for music, strong belief in the audio industry, background and commitment to specialty distribution, combined with many years of retail experience were all key factors for selecting Omega to represent NAD Electronics and PSB Speakers,” Brown offered.

Effective March 1, 2005, Audtek will represent the two brands in Metro NY and New Jersey. Doug Henderson and John Chen are the principals with Donna Walls and Noreen Cosentino providing sales support.

“Timing, compatibility and a great meeting of the minds led to the appointment of Audtek Associates,” Brown offered. “Rarely have I heard a company more in sync with the state of the industry, with as much devotion to the audio product category and specialty distribution.”

Lenbrook America welcomes both Omega Sales and Audtek to the world of NAD Electronics and PSB as both brands continue to make substantial investments in up-market CI product, while remaining committed to both brands’ heritage of high-performance, yet value- positioned retail products.

“In an industry seemingly subdued if not paralyzed by computer products,” Brown added. “We need more spirited champions of music and performance-based audio product, which represent both our past and our future path to success.”
