Landscape to Portrait Mounting Solutions

Minneapolis, MN. — (July 2006) — Chief Manufacturing Inc., the industry leader in mounting solutions, offers two great ways to make landscape to portrait mounting a breeze and installation even more flexible.

On-Wall Rotation. Using the PAC400 90&#186 Rotation Adapter, which can be added to most Chief large flat panel mounts, the flat panel TV easily rotates from landscape to portrait positions without removing it from the wall. Easily set the rotation friction for smooth fingertip control. The PAC400 accessory offers cable management, integrated security and adds less than 2″ depth to the installation.

Manual Rotation. To achieve manual rotation of the flat panel TV, all Chief large flat panel mounts (with the exception of the PSM) feature a 14″ square pattern which provides the ability to attach screens in either the landscape or portrait positions. Chief’s exclusive Q-Latch Mounting System safely secures the screen to the mount in either position. Mounting buttons on the interface bracket easily drop into the Q-slots on the mount with minimum overhead clearance needed.
