eSommelier Appoints Greg Rosner as VP of Partnerships

eSommelier, the only company to offer a turn-key wine management solution for the residential market, today named Greg Rosner its vice president of partnerships. Rosner’s mission is to broaden the company’s global presence by expanding and supporting its network of authorized eSommelier dealerships around the world.

“In the past year, eSommelier has significantly grown its North American market and has begun to establish an international reach,” said eSommelier partner Joe Hageman. “Greg will take us to the next level. He brings a wealth of strategic sales and marketing experience to the company, and is chartered to triple business in the next 18 months. With Greg’s efforts, we look forward to realizing even greater success on a global basis.”

Rosner brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing leadership and experience to the eSommelier partnership role, and has created successful software and professional services businesses throughout his career. Most recently, Rosner served as vice president of sales for thebigword, a U.K.-based translation services company, where he grew U.S. revenue from zero to $9 million in just four years. In addition, Rosner has worked the past eight years in website globalization, helping blue-chip companies such as General Electric, Citigroup, Ford Motor Company, Cisco Systems, Home Depot, IBM and Lenovo translate their business communications into 140 languages by deploying the right combination of people, processes and technology. Rosner is also the co-founder of www.millionheads.com, a website which enables the wisdom of crowds to help with personal choices, and is the author of Road Warrior Survival Guide.
