For those who want a physical keyboard to go with their Android phone, BlackBerry announced PRIV — their first smartphone powered by Google’s Android operating system (Android 5.1.1 Lollipop) that claims to be more secure. The BlackBerry PRIV features an elegant, slim design with both a slide-out physical keyboard and touchscreen keyboard, 5.4-inch dual-curved Corning Gorilla Glass 4 screen and powerful 18-megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach certified camera.

The BlackBerry PRIV comes with 32GB storage along with micro SD slot that supports up to 2TB (card sold separately). The 3410 mAh battery claims to provide up to 22.5 hours of uninterrupted power. Meanwhile, its exclusive new DTEK warning system app can easily monitor the security level of your phone and know what apps’ access your microphone, location, camera and other personal information.

Price and Availability
The BlackBerry PRIV will be available November 6, 2015 at AT&T for $699 or via monthly installments starting at about $25/month.
