AVAD Adds Dynamic Media Server Solutions Provider to Growing Roster of Home Entertainment Products
Van Nuys, Calif. — June 19, 2006 — AVAD, LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom home electronics products, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Niveus Media, Inc., a rapidly expanding software and systems provider, specializing in media entertainment devices for the consumer electronics market.
The agreement is a result of Niveus Media’s desire to expand its reach within the fast-growing custom installation market, which AVAD can provide thanks to the distributor’s network of 9,000 custom integrators. No other national distributor carries Niveus Media’s leading-edge media server and storage devices.

Now we can truly and effectively promote our media entertainment devices, which represent quality, craftsmanship and performance.”
AVAD will serve as a distributor to Niveus Media, creating a marketing plan that focuses efforts locally to build brand presence among electronic system contractors across the United States. In addition, AVAD will provide Niveus Media dealers with product training, complete technical support and fast and easy inventory access for quicker customer service, improved turns and high profits.
