HP L2335

With height, swivel, tilt, and even the ability to pivot, the L2335 is one of the most adjustable large wide-screen monitors we've seen. Another unusual feature: You can set the screen image to one-to-one, fill-to-aspect-ratio, or fill-to-screen. Like its more entertainment-oriented sibling, the F2304, the L2235 is HDTV-ready. But this model also has a more flexible stand and a lower price, which makes it better suited for office applications than for home entertainment. It also had below-average DVD playback quality in our tests. When we looked at the DVD movie Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, we saw ghosting in images and jerky video when the movie was played at full screen.

Not the best choice if you'll be watching video frequently, but for all other applications, the HP L2335 provides a big-screen format at a great price.
