Sharp LL-T15G4

The Sharp LL-T15G4 displayed extremely crisp letters in our tests, even in different sizes and colors, earning the second-highest text score among recent 15-inch LCDs. However, when tested at default color and brightness settings, a slight gray tinge dulled the colors in our graphics test screens, particularly our test photo of fruit. That put its graphics score below mid-pack, but it was still enough for a Good rating. The LL-T15G4 offers several different color and brightness settings for different purposes: Office, SRGB (industry-standard RGB colors), Vivid, Standard, and User; the latter lets you store your own custom settings. The low-brightness Office setting drops power consumption from an already-low 26 watts to 18 watts. Combined with a palatable price tag ($399 when reviewed), the small energy drain makes the LL-T15G4 a smart choice for business use.

Excellent text and low power usage make this monitor a true bargain.
