Consumer electronics coverage in a fresh new wrapper.
PC World has a brand-new consumer electronics blog called Digital World. Three tech journalism veterans already are blogging their brains out about the most interesting new products and services that fall under the consumer electronics umbrella--satellite radio, digital audio, HDTV, GPS, gaming, and various and sundry gadgets.
Our correspondents will track the latest developments from three corners of the globe--Cathy Lu from Seattle, Washington; Emru Townsend from Montreal, Quebec; and Martyn Williams from Tokyo, Japan. That's not an equilateral triangle of coverage, but the land masses just wouldn't cooperate in time for our launch.
As with PC World's other blogs (Today @ PC World.com and Techlog, our Editor in Chief's personal blog), you're free to chime in with your three cents on what's going on in the consumer electronics world. Think your electric razor sounds makes a better sound than that MP3 player we're all abuzz about? Let us hear it. But be prepared to defend your position against the hoards of other Digital World and PC World readers who may disagree with your astute assessment.
