review

If you can't connect the name TP-Link with wireless routers, you're not alone. Chinese-based TP-Link cut its networking teeth manufacturing components for Atheros, Broadcom, and others for several years before setting up its own shop in 2004. It's now offering consumer electronics under its own brand name, and while the company is a relatively new player in the wireless space, the TP-Link TL-WR941ND Wireless N feels surprisingly mature in some respects, and the price ($60 street) is certainly good. But novice users may have trouble with the rather spare interface, and performance is adequate at best.
