Saitek's USB Multimedia Keyboard and Optical Mouse set ($25 street) isn't the best option for power users, business users, or gamers, but it's just the ticket to add a splash of fun and color to your tween's or teen's desktop. The keyboard set comes in four neon colors—blue, green, pink, and teal—and has a cool, metallic-looking finish. That's the main draw of the combo. If you're shopping for a keyboard with more features, wireless capabilities, or even a full-size mouse, you may as well click Back on your browser bar and get on with your search.

Saitek's USB Multimedia Keyboard and Optical Mouse set is an affordable way to add a splash of color to your kid's desktop, though I wouldn't recommend it for serious computer users.

Pros

Cool design and colors. Mouse is equally good for left- or right-handers. Affordable.

Cons

Smallish mouse. No wireless option.
