review

The Trust Vista Remote Keyboard KB-2950 is one of several Trust keyboards we've recently received to review. This computer peripheral company, which has offices in a number of European countries, has had an overseas presence for years but is just starting to set its sights on the U.S. market. Yet if I were the U.S. president, I'd order every KB-2950 to be boxed up and shipped right back to Europe. Call it patriotism, call it isolationism—or just call it plain common sense. This keyboard is simply not a good product, and certainly not worth the $70 you'd pay for it

Bottom Line

For power users, fast typists, and aesthetes, the Trust Computer Vista Remote Keyboard KB-2950 will spell frustration bordering on the unusable. Everyone else will just wonder why they spent so much on a subpar wireless keyboard.

Pros

Good wireless range and painless pairing. Includes multimedia keys.

Cons

Bad key layout and design. Cheap, flimsy look and feel. Doesn't use Bluetooth. Too expensive for what you get.
