You can trust your tires to the Michelin Man, so the TV ads say, but what about your navigation? I pondered that question as I opened the box of the new ViaMichelin (a division of Michelin) X-930 entry-level portable navigation system. Boasting a low list price of $199, the X-930 is built on a fairly standard hardware platform. Even so, you can find similar products that do more for less.
