Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W

Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W
Angle Front Front Open

review

The Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W isn't the first $300 (okay, $299 direct) color laser I've looked at—that honor belongs to the HP Color LaserJet 1600. But it still earns big points for its low price. In fact, much of the printer's appeal rests squarely on that price; though its speed and output quality are acceptable, they're nothing to write home about.

Bottom Line

The Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W's speed and output quality aren't particularly impressive, but the low price goes a long way toward making up for that.

Pros

Low price. Easy setup. Reasonably good output quality, especially for graphics and photos.

Cons

Slow. Although text quality is acceptable for most business purposes, it's subpar for a laser.
