review
I still remember all the hype that surrounded the release of the first HD DVD-ROM-equipped Toshiba Qosmio (the Qosmio G35-AV650), but like many early-adopter units, it wasn't ready for prime time. The issue wasn't the HD DVD drive itself, but the shaky software that came bundled with the system. With the Qosmio G35-AV660 ($2,999.99) Toshiba is ready to take another stab at enhancing your HD experience. The improved HD-playback software and upgraded components such as the Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 2GB of RAM will make you forget about the previous dud.
