Systemax has long been known primarily as a desktop manufacturer. Still, the company does roll out notebooks from time to time. Case in point: the Systemax Epic. This 4.7-pound, thin-and-light notebook packs decent firepower and speedy performance. I just wish its battery life wasn't so underwhelming.
